We’ve just completed on both the sale of our old house and the purchase of our new one, and we can’t thank the team at Harpers enough. Dawn handled the sale of our house and Ali helped us find and buy our new home. Both were great throughout and always happy to answer questions or help where they could. The marketing of our house was spot on, and the photographer deserves a mention as well. He made our home look fantastic in the photos and really captured it at its best. A huge thank you has to go to Laura. Once everything was agreed, she was the one keeping things moving behind the scenes. She was constantly chasing solicitors, keeping us updated, and generally doing everything she could to get things over the line. At times it honestly felt like she never switched off. Our move ended up being quite stressful because there was a deadline being pushed from further up the chain, but Laura in particular was brilliant at helping take some of that stress away. Whenever we needed an update or had a question, she was there to help. Moving house is never easy, but having people who genuinely care and keep pushing things forward makes a massive difference.
